DropSpindle Labs provides custom iOS software development, consulting, and design services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for client projects will be governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of DropSpindle Labs LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client projects and the intellectual property resulting from them are assigned as dictated in the individual MSA.
In no event shall DropSpindle Labs LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwalth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
